Disease background: Richard had cancer without knowing it over one year. Four doctors in the US were not able to diagnose it so Richard took matters into his own hands and did research to find out what the problem was. His doctor recommended radiotherapy and chemotherapy. He undertook these therapies and he lost 40 pounds, his health deteriorated, the cancer spread to his left lymph note and he had trouble swallowing and the pain.
